Everything is organic, free-range, and real. Every dish is uniquely delicious, whether French, Asian, Greek, Portuguese, or any of the other many influences in Shirley Cavallo’s repertoire. Her bread has been described by James Beard as “a masterpiece”.
Typically each meal is one sitting for as many as fifty guests, although for special events we have been known to accommodate many more.
